Direct Entry stream

An employer can nominate skilled employees for this visa, allowing them to reside and work permanently in Australia.

Your profession must be included on the pertinent list of qualified skilled occupations, and you must be nominated by an Australian employer.

You must speak English at least competently.

Processing Time

• Vocational Education and Training Sector for 25% of applicants, three months
• 50% of applications take five months.
• For 75% of applications, 7 months
• In 90% of cases, it takes 10 months

Labour Agreement stream

A skilled worker can live and work continuously in Australia after being nominated by their employer. If you already work for or will soon work for an employer who is a party to a labour agreement, the Labour Agreement course may be right for you. An employment contract is required by the employer.

Temporary Residence Transition Stream

After being nominated by their employer, skilled workers may live and work continuously in Australia. A 457, TSS, or similar bridging visa type A, B, or C is required. Typically, you must have worked full-time for your employer for at least three years. You must receive your employer's nominations
