Student Visa (Subclass 590)
This visa allows you to stay in Australia as the guardian of an international student to provide care and support for a student visa holder who is under 18 years of age or older due to exceptional circumstances.
Eligibility:
- The applicant is the student's parent, custodian, or relative who is 21 years or older.
- The applicant has enough money to support himself and the student during your stay.
- The applicant can provide accommodation, welfare, and other support.
- The Applicant must maintain adequate health cover for the whole of your stay if you are granted this visa. Your insurance should cover you for medically necessary treatment, including transport.
- The Applicant must be a genuine temporary entrant.
- The Applicant must meet the character requirement of the Department of Home Affairs.
